Turkish Airlines Rescheduled My Flight and I Experienced Inconvenience
Turkish Airlines rescheduled my April 13 Antalya-Ankara flight from 15:15 to 05:45 because it was an AnadoluJet flight. With so many available time slots, why was this time chosen? When I called Turkish Airlines, their untrained and uninformed staff told me, 'We cannot process AnadoluJet flights right now. Our system will be available on April 1. We will have additional flights then. If you call us on April 1, we can change your flight time immediately.' Today, when I saw that AnadoluJet's flight times were fully booked, I called again. Customer service told me, 'You could have changed the time on the day you called, but now all the times you want are fully booked. We can offer a refund if you wish.' Why are you causing inconvenience to loyal and potential customers? Isn't this shameful? I bought my ticket 1.5 months in advance and requested a refund today. You are losing passengers due to incorrect information provided by your staff. I am very disappointed in Turkish Airlines, a major company. I am certain I will not choose you again.
