Turkish Airlines Did Not Reimburse Me For The Flight
Approximately two months ago, after my return from Istanbul, I sought assistance from Turkish Airlines customer service to reschedule my ticket. However, due to a staff error, my ticket was not postponed but instead, it was rolled back. After numerous discussions and a threefold additional payment, we managed to rectify my ticket. Throughout the conversations, it was acknowledged, to some extent, that the mishap was not my fault but a staff error, and a minor refund would be issued. Despite multiple contacts with customer service and numerous feedback forms, the promised payment, which was supposed to be concluded within two or three days, has yet to materialize after over two months. The continuous staff errors have left me without any reimbursement. Turkish Airlines needs to rectify this injustice and end this ordeal.
