Turkish Airlines Extrafly P Class Ticket Change Issue

Hello, I purchased an Economy Extrafly P class ticket from Turkish Airlines for ₺10,502. Due to a change in plans, I now need to revise this ticket with a route and date change, keeping the same class. For the new route, the ticket class remains the same, Extrafly P. However, the change fee for two people is ₺7,126. If I were to buy the same ticket from scratch, it would cost ₺8,493 for two people. Essentially, changing the ticket costs almost as much as buying a new one. When purchasing the ticket on the Turkish Airlines website, the only information provided was: '60.00 EUR change fee + class difference fee may apply.' If I am getting a ticket in the same class, shouldn’t I only pay 60 EUR per person? Isn’t this misleading the consumer? Despite switching to a cheaper ticket, I am forced to pay a significant difference, which feels unfair. When I discussed this with customer service, they asked if I had read the pricing policy. This page states: 'Changes can be made for 60 EUR/70 USD for Extrafly tickets. Tickets are non-refundable.' The response to the ticket opened by the customer representative was a general negative reply about their pricing policies, which was disappointing. They didn’t even bother to call. After providing more detailed feedback a second time, I received another generic response, highlighting Turkish Airlines' lack of customer care. I chose the Extrafly P class ticket to allow for route changes, even though it was more expensive. Despite agreeing to pay the 60 EUR change fee, I am being charged as if I am buying a new ticket, which is a clear case of customer dissatisfaction. I want to express my serious concern about this issue and note that Turkish Airlines has only responded with standard phrases and hasn’t even bothered to call. Best regards.
