Turkish Airlines Provided Misleading Information About Primefly Free Change

"After long efforts, an authorized unit examined the issue and determined that it was due to an error in their own systems. Unfortunately, I had already purchased a new ticket, but they did everything they could to compensate. Thank you... they did."
I hold a Primefly ticket with the number TK-992916416, with a return date o...f January 31. The only reason I chose Primefly was the 'Free change right'
