Turkish Airlines Excessive Charge for Ticket Change

Turkish Airlines Issue. I purchased a return ticket for the GRU-IST flight on 06.05.2024 in Q class. When I bought the Q... class ticket, it was advertised as Free Change and Full Refund. Of course, a higher fare was charged due to the class difference. Now, when I try to reschedule my ticket to a late
