Turkish Airlines Excessive Charge for Ticket Change

Turkish Airlines Issue.
I purchased a return ticket for the GRU-IST flight on 06.05.2024 in Q class. When I bought the Q class ticket, it was advertised as Free Change and Full Refund. Of course, a higher fare was charged due to the class difference. Now, when I try to reschedule my ticket to a later date, Turkish Airlines is asking for an additional ₺11,000. When I attempt to cancel the ticket, it shows that only ₺300 will be refunded. This is clearly a form of misconduct. You charge extra when selling the ticket and then demand additional fees when people try to make changes. Please respond urgently and resolve my issue. Rest assured, I will also be contacting CIMER and other relevant authorities.
