Turkish Airlines Delayed My Flight to Shanghai by 4 Hours

On September 9, 2024, I took a Turkish Airlines flight from Izmir to Shanghai. Shortly after boarding, the flight attendants began serving tea and sandwiches, but before it was our turn, the service was canceled as the plane started its descent. While still in the air, I received a message that our flight to Shanghai was delayed by 4 hours. We landed in Istanbul at midnight, and now we are stuck waiting until 6 AM. No Turkish Airlines representative is attending to us, and it's hard to understand how this can be considered acceptable service. We are left in a miserable state, lying on benches. I urgently request that this situation be addressed immediately.
