Turkish Airlines Delayed My Flight For 3 Hours
Hello Dear Friends,
I'm writing from gate G10B for the flight TK2340 scheduled for 22:00 on 31.01.2024. The THY flight is delayed by 1 hour and 10 minutes. The staff at the boarding gate (I have videos) say that there is a dangerous situation being checked. The atmosphere is tense. My friends are anxious. I have never experienced this with any other airline. People are asking for at least some water, but the staff ignored them and suggested giving feedback instead. I have never encountered such rude employees in my life, sorry. For example, one of them said, 'It doesn't matter if you say something bad to me, you are telling this to my jacket.' I asked if there is a life-threatening risk due to the delay, and they said there is a dangerous situation to prevent any risk. This is not my first time on a delayed flight, but they made the situation incredibly tense. Acting like the plane is going to crash is very strange 😀 I can't help but say I hope it doesn't crash. They just informed us of another 30-minute delay. The new staff taking over said they are taking over the shift. Really funny, I won't be flying with THY again, friends. They are really strange. :)
Except for Ms. Meral, the rest of your team is useless; I only thank Ms. Meral. At least assign the right people to the cabin chief so that there are people who will apologize when disembarking.
