Turkish Airlines Didn't Let Me To Board and I Experienced Inconvenience Due To Unhelpful Staff and Poor Service
My flight from Izmir to Istanbul with THY on 28.01.2024 at 21:40 was canceled because I arrived 40 minutes before departure. I tried to explain my situation and find out what I needed to do from the staff there, but none of them responded. Instead, I was met with rude responses such as 'my shift is over, I can't help you.' After a long struggle, I was told to go to the ticket sales counter without even being looked at.
I might have been late and not allowed to board, but I was extremely disturbed by the attitude of the staff who are supposed to help, solve problems, or guide us. They were very disrespectful and rude. In my anger, I couldn't note any of their names, but it should be clear who was working at 21:00. I am complaining about each one of them individually. I will never let this go. I used to choose THY because I thought it was the best and safest, but I realized how wrong I was once again. I don't know what kind of action will be taken, but a solution must be found regarding this situation. I will take this issue everywhere until I get a satisfactory result. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. I do not accept this behavior at all.
