On June 15th, I purchased a ticket for Turkish Airlines' Malatya-Istanbul flight scheduled for 23:45. Our flight to Italy departs from Sabiha Gokcen Airport in the morning, and I bought a ticket for the last Havaist bus at 03:00. We were supposed to have plenty of time. However, despite the Izmir flight departing 15 minutes before ours, our flight still hasn't taken off. It's been exactly 1 hour, and we are told we will have to wait at least another half hour. All passengers inside the plane are trying to understand what is happening. They claim we can't take off due to windy conditions, but I don't believe it. I've never experienced such an incident on any of my flights before. We've been waiting inside the plane for hours. Additionally, the flight attendant said we would definitely miss the 03:00 service. Since our next flight is with a different airline, we are on our own. He suggested taking a taxi. Why do I have to take a taxi at an odd hour to a distant location? I demand compensation for the inconvenience caused by this delay.
