Turkish Airlines Damaged My Baggage and They Didn't Respond

On April 6th, I had a connecting flight. At the airport where I landed, I had to move quickly to catch the service, so I noticed my baggage was damaged later on. On the same day, I submitted all the required documents through the THY damaged baggage website. After 21 days, I was informed that my case was transferred to the compensation department, and within a week, they rejected my claim because I didn't take any action at the airport. My issue was not resolved, and I had to buy extra baggage, causing me financial loss. I have appealed the decision for a long time, but still no response. Please don't treat people this way. I won't be flying with you again. I want my issue to be resolved.
