Turkish Airlines Broke My Luggage but Provided Lack of Assistance
During my THY flight, my luggage was broken and rendered unusable. A report was filed at the airport and entered into the system. Later, when I called customer service to check the report's status, they told me the report needed to be filed again and asked me to do it online. I struggled to complete the report online with all the required photos and documents as instructed. When I later inquired at the airport, they confirmed that the report was filed and entered into the system, even showing me the process. However, according to the customer representative, it was not filed. It has been 4 weeks since they said they would get back to me after filing the report. No one has contacted me. Despite my urgent need for the luggage, there has been no assistance. THY should not be like this and should not chase after such minor issues. Report number 2023291048
