I Experienced an Site Error on Turkish Airlines Website About Reporting the Baggage Damage
During my travel, I experienced baggage damage and reported it to the relevant department. They assisted me by creating a record and informed me that I could continue the process online. However, when I follow the steps on the THY website as instructed, I am unable to proceed at the final step. Despite multiple attempts, the site keeps showing an error message saying that the process cannot continue. It's absurd for a major site in the country to have such an error. I don't know what to do now, and there is no one to contact. If passengers are supposed to continue their process online, then this method should be flawless. Alternatively, it makes one wonder if this is a deliberate attempt to prevent passengers from submitting their requests. I hope to get a resolution here and that necessary actions are taken regarding my baggage.
