Turkish Airlines Damaged My Baby Stroller But Didn't Provide Any Solution

I am paying the price for THY's irresponsibility. I submitted feedback with file number 2023157174. They damaged my baggage (baby stroller). I provided the price and pictures of my stroller, but they requested an invoice, and if not available, a repair invoice or a certificate stating it is irreparable. If these documents were possible to obtain, I wouldn't leave the payment to THY. I explained that since my stroller was a gift, it is impossible to provide an invoice. The brand of my stroller is Kanz. They then suggested I go to Kanz to get a repair invoice or a certificate stating it is irreparable. I work in Levent and live in Avcılar. Let's say I decide to go; I don't have a travel system vehicle, so I would need to take a taxi, costing ₺500-600 each way. I have a 1-year-old child, which adds to the difficulty. For their mistake, they are offering ₺2000 for a ₺15000 stroller, and I have had to make 50 calls without resolving the issue. This is not the first time I have experienced this. If you consider choosing this airline, be aware they do not take responsibility even if your regular baggage is lost. I am extremely disappointed and will attach the email which I was forced to accept ₺2000. I will never choose this airline again!
