Broken Stroller Issue on Turkish Airlines Flight to Istanbul

On October 16th, during my flight to Istanbul with Turkish Airlines (THY), they delivered my stroller broken. They told me to send an email for the necessary refund. This is where my ordeal began. Should I be upset that I can't use the broken stroller, or that despite notifying THY and them taking photos, they asked me to get it repaired and send the invoice? The stroller is beyond repair. They said to take it back to where I bought it. I purchased it online, and the store is now closed. I even took it to another repair shop, and they wrote a note stating it is irreparable. THY refused to accept this note. I visited the company, and they said, 'How can they not accept it?' Since October 2023, they have been giving me a hard time. If that's the case, THY should repair it themselves and give it back to me. They broke my stroller and are causing me trouble. If you want your belongings to be broken, just fly with THY!
