Turkish Airlines Customer Service Issue with Flight Change
Hello, I am writing as a passenger currently waiting in the CIP lounge at Istanbul Airport. My flight is at 07:00 in the morning; however, it is now 01:00 and I wanted to switch to the 02:00 flight to Izmir. Due to your '4-hour rule', I, a Classic Plus customer, am forced to wait here until morning because of your 1-hour rule. You do not consider customer satisfaction and are not being helpful. Despite there being available seats on the plane, I will have to wait for 6 hours, which is unacceptable. I have to leave from here in the morning and even agreed to pay the difference for the 1-hour change; still, no assistance is provided. This situation is highly inappropriate. What harm would it cause you to assist your customer by opening a seat on your morning flight?
