Pocket Option Delays My Deposit 12 Days With Only "Under Review" Responses

On 05/28/2026, at around 00:05, I deposited $171 into the Pocket Option platform via IBAN transfer. Despite 12 days having passed, this amount still hasn't been credited to my account. While I never had any issues with smaller deposits, being kept waiting like this once the amount increased has caused me serious concern.
I've spoken with support numerous times, and each time I'm only given the response, "It's under review, we'll let you know once we have information." I was first asked for a one-week account statement, and I then sent 15-day and 7-day PDF account statements. The documents I sent contain all the incoming and outgoing information for my account. Despite this, no concrete result or clear explanation has been provided so far.
Today, I was asked to log into my account from the mobile app using a different phone, in a video where my face is also visible, to locate that transaction and open the receipt, and to record this entire process on video. I find this request extremely risky. When I researched it, I found information indicating that this type of request is used as a deceptive tactic, and my trust has been completely shaken as a result.
Throughout this process, I believe I've suffered hardship due to receiving no clear information about the status of my money, being stalled repeatedly with "it's under review," and being confronted with such risky requests. I am requesting that my $171 deposit be transferred smoothly and without any further conditions to my Pocket Option account as soon as possible, and that a clear, transparent explanation be provided regarding this process.
