DHL Packages Stuck in Customs for Two Weeks With No Progress

My shipments coming from abroad via DHL have been held up in customs for about two weeks now with no progress whatsoever. For the packages with tracking numbers 1446830626 and 2166815851, I was told that an additional fee had been assessed and that an incorrect declaration had been made, but I was never given any clear or transparent information regarding either of these matters.
Throughout this process, I contacted DHL numerous times, both by email and by phone. Despite this, I was never given a satisfactory explanation, and responsibility was repeatedly redirected to the customs broker, brushing the matter aside. I was neither given a clear timeframe for the waiting period, nor offered any concrete solution regarding the additional fee and the declaration error.
I am requesting that DHL urgently complete the processing of these two shipments currently held in customs and deliver them to me, and that the incorrect declaration that was made be corrected. I want to particularly emphasize that we've been seriously wronged throughout this process, and that the additional fees imposed on me and the delay occurred entirely outside of my control and responsibility — I request that action be taken accordingly.
