Hello, I had a flight on 17/03/2024 at 16:40 from Kahramanmaras to Istanbul. I arrived at 16:10 and went to the ticket counter to present my ID. I was met with responses like 'we cannot let you board the plane.' I requested assistance, saying 'please help, there is still time before the flight departs,' but I was told 'the gates are closed, we cannot open them,' and I was left stranded there. My ticket was not refunded because it was a promotional ticket. Not only did I miss my flight, but I also suffered financial loss. I lost ₺1,299, paying for a flight I did not take. What will happen to my loss? I had to take a bus again and incurred additional expenses. I am requesting a refund of the ₺1,299 flight ticket cost. Who will compensate for my loss? I am complaining about the relevant company and the staff there, and I am seeking your assistance. I demand compensation for my loss. I am a 17-year-old national athlete, and you do not have the right to put people in difficult situations.
