DHL's Tracking Screen Fails to Show Basic Delivery Status Information
I'm having serious problems with DHL's package tracking system. Every time I enter my tracking number, I'm shown nonsensical text in English and information related to Germany — I can't understand anything clear or accurate about my own package. The tracking page doesn't clearly show even the most basic information, like where the package is, what stage it's at, or when it will be delivered.
This isn't a one-time issue — it's something I experience constantly. The same confusing screen and the same incomprehensible information show up every time. As a user in Turkey, I'm tired of struggling to figure out what's what on the screen for my own shipment.
What I expect from DHL is that they properly fix this package tracking system, and turn the tracking screen into something fully in Turkish, simple, and easy for anyone to understand. If they aren't going to use this system for proper package tracking, I'm requesting that they make the necessary changes to build a clear and functioning tracking infrastructure that doesn't put users through this much hassle.
