Pocket Option Customer Service Leaves Me on Hold for a Week With No Response

My account with Option has been restricted since May 27th with no reason given. I can't withdraw cash from my account, can't transfer money to other accounts, and can't use my existing balance. About $43 of my money is sitting frozen, with no explanation provided during this time.
I was only using my account for basic account purposes, transferring money between accounts. I never received any warning, email, SMS, or in-app notification. Despite this, no information is being provided beyond the "your account is restricted" message. What's more, since I'm currently abroad, this restriction is causing me serious hardship.
Even though I've called customer service repeatedly, the phone rings for a long time, I'm just left listening to hold music, and I can't reach any representative. Despite writing in for a week, I've received neither a response nor an explanation.
I am requesting that the reason for my account's restriction be clearly and transparently communicated to me, and that this restriction — which I believe was applied unjustly — be lifted urgently so that my account and balance can be immediately made available for use. Otherwise, please be advised that I will pursue legal action and file complaints with the relevant authorities.
