Turkish Airlines Customer Service Changed My Ticket Incorrectly!
On March 18, 2024, I spoke with a THY customer representative to change my April 4, 2024, Izmir-Budapest flight to Izmir-Paris. However, the representative changed the flight to a different time for Budapest instead. At the end of the conversation, my objection was denied because the flight was confirmed. Despite a second call and a 2-hour effort to get the correct information, the representative gave me TK flight numbers for approval in the last half minute of the call. Focused on reaching a conclusion after 2 hours, I didn't check the TK numbers online simultaneously. It turns out the ticket was changed to the same day and city, just an hour earlier! My ticket change request was denied because approval was given. But I started the conversation wanting to change to Paris. This is clearly a manipulation by the customer representative. I will discuss this with my lawyers and take legal action. It's truly unbelievable!
