Turkish Airlines Feedback Process Issue for Ticket Cancellation
On January 26, 2024, I purchased two tickets for the same flight under one name through THY, with the flight scheduled for January 29, 2024. I initiated a feedback request to cancel the second ticket. Using reference number TK10250214, I called four times by 9:30 PM on January 28 due to the urgency. In the first two instances, they merged my feedback with another feedback related to a completed flight. During the last two calls, I specifically noted that this was incorrect. The latest response stated 'Your transaction is complete' and closed the case. On February 2, I opened another feedback request, and when I called, they acknowledged the mistake. I am currently awaiting a resolution, but I kindly request that THY officials review the department responsible for repeatedly mishandling my request, despite my multiple written and verbal explanations.
