Turkish Airlines Ticket Change Issue and Lack of Resolution

A Bitter Experience!
I contacted customer service regarding a request to change the date and departure point of my January 20, 2024 Montreal-Adana flight.
I requested to change my flight to January 31, 2024 from Toronto to Adana, and the process was carried out accordingly. The customer representative confirmed the change to Toronto-Adana, and I approved it. However, when I checked on January 27, 2024, through the THY app, they had mistakenly set my flight to January 31, 2024 from Montreal to Adana. I called about the mistake, and they asked me to send a 'feedback' email and call back with my case number to mark it as urgent. I did this, and now there is only one day left until my flight. Today, I called again, and you are still saying that you are sending an urgency email.
How do you expect me to return if you grant me a flight from Toronto when I am already on my way to Montreal for the flight?
I urgently request a resolution to the inconvenience I am experiencing.
The cost of my phone bill for calling you could probably cover the cost of changing my ticket again.
