Turkish Airlines Compensation Issue

On August 5th, Turkish Airlines offered to put me on the next flight and promised a compensation of €400. Initially, they mentioned €400, but later they said it would be calculated in ₺ based on the exchange rate of that day. They gave a one-year period, and since then, I have provided feedback maybe 10 times, waiting for the 14-day response period each time. Three months have passed, and still, no response has been made. What Turkish Airlines is doing is very disrespectful. They are not paying the €400 and are waiting for the money to lose its value after a year. I see that they have done this to everyone around me. Something needs to be done urgently to stop this injustice.
