Turkish Airlines Charter Flight Denial Complaint

Hello, I hope you are well. I am writing as the owner of Regaib Tourism Agency. On June 10, I requested a charter flight from Turkish Airlines to fly from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, to Şanlıurfa. I was informed that charter flights were prohibited by state airports. However, a charter flight request with the foreign company Southwind Airlines, flight number 2S-6754, was approved and the flight took place on June 22. Given this situation, I have a complaint against Turkish Airlines.
