Turkish Airlines Misleading Information and Lack of Attention: Disappointing Flight Experience

Between 24.05.2024 and 26.05.2024, we purchased round-trip tickets for Gaziantep from Turkish Airlines for flights scheduled between 06:25 and 15:05. However, the plane we boarded was an Anadolu Jet aircraft. When we reported the issue to the airport authorities, they showed no interest. They told us that the plane belonged to Turkish Airlines and was just not painted on the outside. Of course, we did not believe this. When we continued to object, the authorities advised us to write our complaint on the relevant site. If I wanted to fly with Anadolu Jet, I would have bought a ticket from Anadolu Jet. This is because Turkish Airlines' ticket prices are twice as high as Anadolu Jet's ticket prices. It was clear that the plane did not belong to Turkish Airlines because this is not my first time buying a ticket from Turkish Airlines, nor is it my first time flying. The comfort of the plane was also not comparable to a Turkish Airlines plane. I sincerely hope that the senior authorities take the necessary action and assist me.
