I have a complaint about my flight on July 30th Paris-Ankara. Turkish Airlines claims that they aren't responsible for any delays at the airport. However there is a delay occurred and it was 1 hour 30 minutes and due to this delay my flight from Istanbul to Ankara got cancelled. Because I was still on the air and the flight was at 1 am in the morning on 31st. Under the Ministry of Transportation laws, any flight up to 5 hours and more delay time will be eligible to be paid a fine or refunded as it was stated on the Airport rules and Passenger rights brochure. Hence for this matter, my flight got canceled and as it was forcefully rearranged to 7 am I am eligible for this right. So this firm trampled my right to get this claim as I contacted about this many times also they claim it was normal under some EU law it is normal. However, the delay was on the Turkish sovereign so your claim has no solid content, and in fact, I am still rightfully eligible to get my fine even so because your firm Turkish Airlines is a firm that is bound by the laws of the Turkish Ministry of Transportation. I kindly ask you to fully refund me and honor my rights as soon as possible. Thank you. Regards.
