Starpets Keeps Rejecting My Mastercard Payments

I have been trying to top up my balance on Starpets using my Mastercard, but my payments keep failing even though my card is valid and up to date. When I attempt the payment, I receive a “Payment failed” message with the explanation “Transaction cancelled by the security system” and the transaction ID 595785210 appears on the screen. I contacted support and was told to wait 30 minutes, but after waiting, nothing was fixed and the issue still continues. At the moment I am unable to make my regular top‑ups because of this situation. I request that you urgently investigate and fix this payment issue on my account so that I can successfully complete my transactions using my Mastercard.
