Turkish Airlines Delay Issue
Compensation Request for Flight Delay on August 5, 2023
Dear Turkish Airlines Representatives,
I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the flight I took on August 5, 2023, from Paris to Istanbul.
I want to report that this flight experienced a 5-hour delay. This situation had significant impacts on my travel plans. I had meticulously planned my trip in Istanbul, including car rental arrangements. However, the unexpected delay of the flight caused serious issues both financially and time-wise.
Due to this unforeseen circumstance, I had to incur additional costs, including car rental expenses in Istanbul. Moreover, the delay negatively affected my travel itinerary and particularly my appointments in Istanbul.
Therefore, I am requesting fair compensation for the inconveniences I experienced. In accordance with applicable regulations and passenger rights, I am seeking compensation for the additional expenses incurred due to the flight delay, as well as for the lost time and distress caused.
Please inform me of the steps to initiate the compensation process. If necessary, I am ready to provide receipts for the additional expenses to facilitate the process.
