I Missed My Connecting Flight Due to the Flight Delay by Turkish Airlines

Hey, on October 24th, I got a ticket for a flight from Malatya to Istanbul with THY at 8:30 AM. On the same day, I also got a ticket for a flight from Istanbul to Azerbaijan at 12:10 p.m. You know what? The flight from Malatya to Istanbul on Turkish Airlines was delayed for four hours. Well, it looks like my ticket from Istanbul to Baku is no longer valid. The company is like, "Yeah, sorry, but you can't get a refund because you didn't buy a connected ticket." Is that fair enough? Seriously, give me a break! If they don't make me wait for four hours, I'll be at my connecting place three hours before the scheduled time. Are there any lawyers here who can assist me with this? It's a really messed up situation. I don't have a ticket and they're just brushing it off, saying it's not their issue. I want to be treated fairly and get my money back! They should take responsibility and fix this!
