TrueMoney Unauthorized Payment Dispute for QuXin Transaction

On 26 July 2569 there was an automatic deduction of 50 baht from my TrueMoney account for a transaction in the name of QuXin, with transaction number 26072614040264KO9B1. I did not knowingly authorize or subscribe to any service that would cause this deduction, and this has never happened to me before. I contacted TrueMoney customer service about this issue, but they informed me that they could not process the transaction, so my problem remains unresolved. I kindly request that the 50 baht for this QuXin transaction be refunded to my account and that you ensure no further unauthorized deductions of this kind occur in the future.
