Turkish Airlines Baggage Issue

On 31.07.2023, I sent my wife and two children on the 06:25 flight from Istanbul to Batman. Due to the staff not doing their job properly and failing to tag our baggage with reference number baltik18605, my children's (ages 1 and 3) suitcase was left in Istanbul. They were made to wait for their baggage at Batman airport until 17:00-18:00, causing significant inconvenience. Later, it was informed that the suitcase was still in Istanbul and would be sent by cargo the next day. My wife and children went to my mother-in-law's house in Sason district of Batman. After the suitcase arrived in Batman, we were told that cargo to Sason district was only sent once a week. All of my children's medicines, clothes, and belongings were in the suitcase. Due to your staff's mistake, my wife and children were greatly inconvenienced. If necessary, you should have arranged special transportation. I am requesting that our inconvenience be resolved. Otherwise, we will pursue our legal rights.
