Legacy Ottoman Hotel Hygiene Problems and Poor Customer Service Ruined My Stay

During my stay at Legacy Ottoman Hotel, I experienced serious concerns regarding both hygiene and customer service. The most disturbing issue was discovering what appeared to be a used and dirty towel placed back in the bathroom as if it were clean. This immediately raised concerns about the hotel's cleaning standards and whether the room had been properly prepared before my arrival.

In addition, there were no clean towels available in the room when I checked in. Even after calling and requesting towels, they were delivered only after a significant delay. The lack of urgency and attention to a basic guest need reflected a very poor level of service.

The overall experience left me feeling that guest satisfaction was not being taken seriously. Considering the hotel's location, reputation, and expected service standards, I found the condition of the room and the lack of prompt assistance extremely disappointing.

Because of these hygiene issues and the inadequate level of customer care, I do not plan to stay at this hotel again. I also have serious doubts about whether the room was properly cleaned before my arrival. I request that the hotel's housekeeping procedures and service standards be reviewed immediately to ensure that future guests do not encounter similar problems.
