Turkish Airlines Flight Cancellation and Compensation Issue

I purchased a ticket from Turkish Airlines on 19.11.2023. My flight was scheduled for 10:40 AM. At 08:45 AM, I received a message that my flight was canceled and rescheduled for 1:00 PM to Batman. At 12:20 PM, I waited at the gate when the Batman flight gate opened. When my turn came, I was told to go to another gate for the Batman flight. By the time I reached that gate, it was closed. I missed the flight. The flight list showed only one Batman flight, but they opened a second one later. Along with me, 10 other people faced the same issue on the same flight. The issue for the other 9 people was resolved, and their flights were compensated. However, my flight was not compensated. I had to buy another ticket to another city with my own money, which cost five times more than my original ticket. Customer service has not responded for hours. My reference number for this issue is TK-9836035. I have never experienced such a problematic flight in my life. I have been stranded at the airport for hours, feeling like a refugee in my own country.
