I'm having trouble completing the damaged baggage form on the Turkish Airlines website. Even though I provided all the necessary details, I regret to inform you that your transaction cannot proceed, dear passenger. An error message saying "Please try again." is displayed. I've been dealing with this issue for a whole week now, and it's frustrating because I've tried accessing it from various browsers and computers, but I still can't apply no matter what I do. I reached out to customer service, but despite a report being filed at the airport, no steps are taken. It's pretty shocking to see a company of this size making such mistakes. Need a solution ASAP

Dear Gizem, I hope you're well. I'm experiencing the same issue with the baggage tracing form, and I’ve already emailed the company nearly 20 times. Unfortunately, their response has always been to refill the form and try again—which hasn’t resolved anything.
