172I'm having trouble completing the damaged baggage form on the Turkish Airlines website. Even though I provided all the necessary details, I regret to inform you that your transaction cannot proceed, dear passenger. An error message saying "Please try again." is displayed. I've been dealing with this issue for a whole week now, and it's frustrating because I've tried accessing it from various browsers and computers, but I still can't apply no matter what I do. I reached out to customer service, but despite a report being filed at the airport, no steps are taken. It's pretty shocking to see a company of this size making such mistakes. Need a solution ASAP
