Turkish Airlines Anadolu Jet Flight Cancellation Issue

My flight with ticket number TK7313 from Hatay to Sabiha Gökçen was canceled. Due to the lack of flights to this location, I specifically called the airline company and they assured me that in case of cancellation, they would send me on any available flight. However, my flight is now canceled and I need to be in Istanbul tomorrow. They are not accommodating me due to the fare difference and want to issue a refund instead. There is no reason for people to be knowingly inconvenienced in this manner. Customer satisfaction should be a priority. If my plans and schedule are disrupted due to your issue, you should rebook me on the next available flight, even if it is at the highest fare. This is not something I am doing for pleasure; it is related to you. If I had canceled the flight, would you have refunded my money? No. This issue needs to be resolved urgently.
