I experienced quality problems with two different Faber-Castell pens that I had been using and really liked. On my green pen, the gray metal section began to oxidize and turn yellow over time, which made the pen look worn and unpleasant. On my blue pen, only a few months after I purchased it, the black section partially separated from the body when I pressed the lead-release button. While trying to put that piece back into place, the body cracked, so I stopped using the pen to prevent further damage.

I purchased both pens from a store in Konya. I used them carefully and under normal everyday conditions, so experiencing these issues has made me feel that the product quality did not meet my expectations.

I am requesting that Faber-Castell replace the defective parts on these pens so they can be restored to proper working condition and used again without problems.
