Turkish Airlines iOS App Incorrect Ticket Booking Issue

On April 22, 2024, I purchased a multi-flight ticket through the Turkish Airlines iOS app for Vienna - Istanbul outbound and Istanbul - Munich return....
I purchased a ticket for myself from the official THY website for a flight from Istanbul to Berlin on 9.7.2024 and a return flight from Ljubljana to Istanbul on 30.7.2024. For the outbound flight, I selected the extrafly option, which included an 8kg cabin baggage and a 23kg checked baggage allowance. For the return flight, I chose the ecofly option, which also included an 8kg cabin baggage and a 23kg checked baggage allowance. However, when THY sent my ticket details to my email, I noticed that the 23kg checked baggage allowance for the return flight was missing. I submitted feedback to contest this issue. Since 19.6.2024, I have been stuck in a feedback-response loop, and THY is taking away my 23kg baggage allowance for the return flight. Even today, when I select extrafly for the outbound flight and ecofly for the return flight on their website, THY offers an 8kg cabin baggage and a 23kg checked baggage allowance for both flights. I also bought a ticket for a friend for the same flights. We selected ecofly for both flights, and he was only given an 8kg cabin baggage allowance for both. My friend has no issues. However, when I select extrafly for the outbound flight, THY provides the 23kg checked baggage allowance for the return flight under ecofly. What can I do? Despite sending them screenshots of the webpage multiple times, their unfair and negative attitude has not changed. I ask where the mistake is, but I do not get a clear answer. I want to have a phone conversation with the relevant person, but they do not respond to this request. I kindly ask them to check the path I followed when purchasing the ticket, but they do not care. Today is 6.7.2024, and it is 19:07. Our flight is approaching, but despite expressing my increasing stress each day, they do not pay attention. The THY website grants me the right, but then takes away my 23kg baggage allowance for the return flight! I do not think THY should behave this way, and I do not deserve this injustice. I urgently request and demand that THY Management restore my rights as soon as possible. Please act urgently!
