Turkish Airlines iOS App Incorrect Ticket Booking Issue

On April 22, 2024, I purchased a multi-flight ticket through the Turkish Airlines iOS app for Vienna - Istanbul outbound and Istanbul - Munich return. While selecting my ticket, I specifically chose the extrafly option for both flights. After making the payment, I noticed that the amount charged was less than the initial amount shown. Upon checking the confirmation email, I found that my tickets were booked under the ecofly option instead of extrafly. When I contacted customer service, they informed me that they could not make any changes and advised me to provide feedback through the website. Currently, with the ecofly option, I do not have checked baggage allowance, and purchasing it would cost a significant amount. I am seeking assistance from the authorities to correct this error and update my ticket to the preferred option. The issue of selecting extrafly but receiving ecofly tickets on the iOS app still persists.
