THY Istanbul-Konya Flight Seating Issue

Good day, I am O*** O******. On July 1st, we boarded the Istanbul-Konya flight. There was a heated argument between the flight attendants and passengers over seating. The cabin chief, Ms. G****, scolded and yelled at the passengers like they were children. Then it was our turn, and as a family of four, we were seated separately. The same thing happened on our Basel-Istanbul flight; we had to sit apart. The seats have become narrower, why is this happening? When we asked, we were scolded by Ms. G****, who even threatened to remove us from the plane. She yelled, and all the passengers just stared.
