THY and Sanliurfa Havas Flight Delay Issue

On June 9, 2024, my flight from Sanliurfa GAP Airport to Istanbul, scheduled for 20:30, was delayed by 45 minutes due to unforeseen circumstances. I received a message on my phone stating the estimated departure time was 21:15. Based on this information, I went to the stop to catch the Havas bus, which was supposed to leave 2 hours before my flight. However, the bus had already departed according to the original flight time. When I boarded the Havas bus scheduled for 19:40, I called the GAP Airport information desk (despite multiple attempts to reach the THY GAP Airport internal number, no one answered). The lady I spoke to informed me that my flight was rescheduled to 20:50 and that if I took the Havas bus, I would likely miss the baggage drop-off. Consequently, I took a taxi and paid 750₺ to reach the airport. Upon arrival, I saw on the notification screens that my flight was indeed at 20:50. If I had been informed earlier, I would have arranged my transportation accordingly. The airport staff emphasized that the time on the screen was an 'estimated' time. I had experienced a similar situation before and had to rush to the airport by taxi at the last minute. I am requesting compensation for the inconvenience caused by the lack of notification about the flight time change and Havas' inaction in delay situations.
