Terrible Experience on Turkish Airlines Istanbul-Antalya Flight with Baby and Stroller
We were informed that on the night of Tuesday, June 11, at 23:50, we could take our baby and our cabin-sized baby stroller to the entrance and exit of the tunnel on the Istanbul-Antalya TK2426 flight, as usual. However, there was a delay, and my 13kg baby was sleeping when the plane landed at 02:30. Somehow, they put my baby stroller in the trunk, which meant I had to carry my baby through the entire airport.
The security at the gate said, "This is our system, sorry." No one helped. It was a very bad flight experience, and Turkish Airlines should be ashamed. If you could at least expedite fixing this mistake for a mother with a baby, it would help. We were told by airport employees to complain everywhere because they said this happens all the time. I struggled to carry my son, trembling. It's a pity. Other passengers had to help me find my car and take another step with my child.
