Turkish Airlines - Issues with Staff Behavior and Baggage Handling

I went to point D14 for my ticket. There was a family in front of me, and I was waiting with my six-month-old baby, luggage, and stroller. After the family left, I was subjected to inappropriate remarks from the D14 staff member. They said things like 'You are deliberately standing at the back so people will bump into you and fall.' I stated that I would complain about this situation to the necessary authorities and took my luggage. My flight was scheduled to depart for Adana at 12:15, and I was there at 11:20. The staff member took my luggage down and tried to redirect me elsewhere, saying 'Go somewhere else, you're late.' I expressed my dissatisfaction with Turkish Airlines. Two staff members came to my aid and told me there were still 45 minutes left. However, the female staff member still did not send my luggage. The two staff members took me to another place and informed their supervisor about the situation. They were saying, 'This lady caused a commotion behind the passengers, so the luggage was sent.' I had to deal with these issues while holding my crying six-month-old baby. Finally, I took my luggage and proceeded to the seat I purchased. However, someone else was seated in my seat. Despite showing my ticket information and stating that I had purchased the seat, they checked my ticket ten times and tried to direct me to seat 24. I did not move and sat in the seat I purchased. The journey began, and upon arrival, I learned that my luggage was not sent. I had to wait at Adana airport until the next flight. I will file a complaint about this situation and demand that my grievance be addressed. I request that the staff receive respect training before being seated with passengers and refrain from displaying aggressive attitudes towards anyone.
