No Refund Was Issued After Flight Cancellation By Turkish Airlines
On December 4, 2023, my flight was canceled due to foggy weather. Turkish Airlines representatives advised me to call their customer service if I didn't have cash on hand for a refund. When I called the customer service, they told me to get the refund from the sales office. However, at the sales office, I was redirected back to customer service with the refund voucher and cancellation documents, stating they couldn't process the refund. When I called the Turkish Airlines number 444 0 849 again, I was instructed to send an email with my ID and refund voucher number for the refund to be processed. Despite sending five emails, my refund has still not been issued. I keep receiving requests for the same information. When I call the 444 0 849 number, the representatives rudely claim I haven't sent any emails and ask me to resend them. Even when I provided the feedback number confirming my email was received, they still ask me to resend it. No refund is being issued without any reason or missing information. I am expressing my dissatisfaction because I believe this is an irresponsible company. More than a month has passed, and I still haven't received a positive response. The representatives' constant misguidance shows the poor service quality not only of customer service but also of the airline staff and sales offices. I expect a resolution as soon as possible.
