I took a Turkish Airlines flight from Van to Istanbul's new airport. My suitcase took forever to arrive and was completely ruined, making it and everything inside it completely useless. When I got my luggage, I was really surprised to see that the suitcase was in pretty bad shape. It had cracks, dents, and broken handles. In addition, the things inside the suitcase were in a terrible condition, with numerous items damaged, dirty, or completely destroyed. it is no longer usable, so I had to replace the damaged items myself. such a disgrace how Turkish Airlines handled my luggage and the damage it caused to my belongings, please provide compensation for the damaged suitcase and its contents.
