Issue with Turkish Airlines Vnukovo-Dalaman Flight Booking and Refund
On the night of July 17, I purchased two tickets from Turkish Airlines for the Vnukovo-Dalaman flight on September 15 for my spouse and myself. At the same time, I made an additional payment for emergency exit seats. However, in the confirmation email, I noticed that instead of the 71,000+ rubles I paid, only 60,006 rubles were charged for the tickets, and the seat selection was not made. That same night, I contacted the call center twice. No one could address my issue for about 50 minutes. I created a feedback report during the day. To date, we have exchanged about 10 feedback messages. No one can find a solution. They claim that the price of 5,790+ rubles for a single seat was made on July 17. They also claim that both were refunded, but my bank's feedback shows that only one seat's fee was refunded. The bank shows this. I have documents. I attach these documents every time. They still tell me that both seats were refunded on the same day. However, they do not attach any documents related to their accounting records. Last night, I finally wrote an email to 3-5 senior executives, including the CEO, regarding my complaint. There has been no response. The latest feedback I received today is as follows: 'There is no problem in our records. We cannot fulfill your request.' Because I am asking for a document. They do not send a document. So, instead of the 11,000+ rubles I paid for two seats, they refunded me 5,700+ rubles. The 5,700 rubles for the second person is lost. The money is gone. And they are not helping me in any way. I have been writing for days. Where is July 17? Think about what date it is today in August. Will anyone be able to help me?
