Turkish Airlines Ticketing Issue Despite Payment
I purchased a flight ticket from Turkish Airlines for October 18th with a total cost of ₺55755. Since the amount could not be debited from my bank card, I sent the ticket fee via EFT. The money was immediately deducted from my account, and despite the IBAN being correct, the ticketing process did not proceed. The amount has not been refunded to my account, and currently, I neither have the ticket nor the money. I created a feedback file with the number TK9357415. However, there were only 4 seats left on that flight, and since it is uncertain when they will respond, I might miss that ticket and probably have to buy it at a higher price. It is unimaginable that a company as large as Turkish Airlines would create such insecurity in the eyes of a customer. I request the authorities to resolve my grievance.
