Issue with Lost Baggage and Poor Customer Service by Turkish Airlines
We chose Turkish Airlines due to its quality and reliability, being ranked first in Europe. However, they failed to deliver our baggage with the flight. They created a claim but couldn't provide updates due to system issues, blaming the system instead of taking responsibility. I particularly commend Ms. H**** for her indifferent and uninterested attitude during our conversation. She refused to provide contact information for escalating the issue, insisting that she was the only point of contact.
When we called the Turkish Airlines call center, they informed us that they were not responsible for the baggage and directed us to the airport, stating that the airport lost the baggage and would provide further information.
So, Turkish Airlines sells the ticket and takes the money, but when there's an issue with the service, they blame others instead of taking responsibility. Is that correct?
