I Suffered Significant Losses Due to Turkish Airlines Flight Cancellation

I experienced a significant issue with my THY flight. I purchased tickets to fly to Milan, Italy, with flight dates set for 16.09.2023 at 09:50 for departure and 18.09.2023 at 12:40 for return. I bought three tickets under the same PNR with ticket numbers 2359384424045, 2359384424046, and 2359384424044. Despite being informed by the agent that foreign companies had tickets for the same dates at a cost of 40,000₺, I chose to pay over 70,000₺ for THY tickets, believing in their higher quality. Due to my fear of flying, I wanted a reliable company. On the day of the flight, we boarded the plane, but 45 minutes later, we were asked to disembark due to a strong gas smell inside the aircraft. After waiting for 3 hours and 45 minutes, they attempted to send us to Milan on the same plane. Due to the gas smell and the extended delay, I repeatedly requested the cancellation of our tickets, but to no avail. The lack of responsiveness from THY was evident. My 7-day visa was wasted, my hotel reservation worth 26,000₺ was lost, and my plane ticket money was gone. THY is not covering these costs, and I am seeking assistance.
